Nostril Enemas

Mmmm.. Nostril Enemas.. well not quite, but apparently some sort of Yogic practice.

It's called Neti, and it well errr involves a pot, your honker, and some liquid.

Ahhhh... what could be more refreshing than to fill up your favourite teapot with your favourite brew, then pour it into your nose.

Ahhh Sinal Irrigation. Nasally nice!
