Bubble Tea

  • 1/4 cup tapioca balls with sweetened syrup (usually in brown or red).
  • 1 tbsp Condensed milk (preferably Longevity Brand). (or to taste)
  • Chinese tea, such as Oolong or Black, or Japanese Green Tea. Coffee may be substitued
  • 3 tsp sugar.
  • Boiling pot of water.

Purple Bear, being Canadian, has an eclectic taste in food. Her recipe collection thus ranges from Asian Fusion, to hot and spicy Mexican styles. What is consistent is her love for a medley of vegetable flavours and lightness in foods. Desserts are not overly sweet, but instead, full of fruit flavours. The exception is, of course, chocolate dishes. After all, chocolate must be experienced in its entirety! Enjoy!
